KEYNOTE ADDRESS BY:
Joy Chen-Deputy Mayor-City of Los Angeles

Ms. Chen is responsible for labor and workforce issues in the City of Los Angeles. Ms. Chen leads policy and program relating to human capital investment in the Los Angeles workforce. Mayor Hahn's priorities in this area include expanding educational access and adult literacy for Los Angeles families. Ms. Chen will speak on the Free Cash for College Program a project of the Mayor's office and the City Council
